Josh Aguilar
Pre/Post Closer
Josh has been working for Quality Title Group for the last couple of years, handling everything from contract entry to post closing, policies, and is currently training to become a closer. As a recent graduate from University of Memphis with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, he has become an important asset to the daily operation of Quality Title Group. In his free time, he enjoys kayaking, fishing, walking his dogs, and playing saxophone in multiple bands across town. As a saxophonist for the past 10 years, he knows the Memphis music scene inside and out.
Leigh McDonald
Closer/Closing Agent
Leigh comes from a family line of real estate developers. However, she can never resist an opportunity to be different, so instead of choosing a real estate career after high school, she graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and had a successful career as a cardiac nurse for six years in both the hospital and clinic environment. In 2016, Quality Title Group, LLC was born, and she came to “temporarily” work for the family business while shopping nursing jobs. That temporary work has now turned into a life time career as a closer and closing agent for Quality Title Group. She is able to use the compassion and people skills she learned from her nursing career to provide excellent customer service to her lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers- she has a lot of heart for her clients and makes every effort to assist in a smooth closing process. Not only is she extremely charismatic, but she has studied intently under her father, the closing attorney of Quality Title Group, for the last 4 years and has built a wealth of knowledge about the industry. In addition to Real Estate, Leigh is an avid horseback rider, painter, trumpet player, singer, song-writer, world-traveler, nature lover and work-out enthusiast.
Beth McDonald
Office Manager, Book Keeper
Elizabeth McDonald (Beth) has a long history with real estate. Her grandfather, John B. Goodwin was a real estate developer in addition to a commercial and residential builder. Beth’s father, T. David Goodwin, Sr. followed in his father’s footsteps as a land developer. He also was a residential and commercial builder. In addition, he owned a mortgage company, savings bank and insurance agency. Beth worked in his bookkeeping department for years before managing his insurance agency for the next decade. In addition, Beth worked as a bookkeeper for seven years for her brother, T. David Goodwin, Jr. who became a third-generation real estate developer and builder. In 2014, Beth attended Southwest to earn a paralegal degree and worked for Fearnley Martin McDonald until the start of Quality Title Group, LLC in 2016. She is now the bookkeeper and office manager at Quality Title Group, LLC. Beth also loves the outdoors and enjoys family, horseback riding, gardening and reading. Beth is proud of her husband Grady and the team at Quality Title Group, LLC. Thank you to our wonderful customers who make our business possible! Grady McDonald
Attorney
William Grady McDonald (Grady) graduated from Tulane University with a BA in 1977. He continued his education attending law school at Memphis State University graduating in May of 1981. He was a partner in the litigation firm of McDonald, Kuhn, Smith, Miller and Tate for eleven years and began practicing real estate law while employed with that firm. He had gained vast experience in commercial and residential closings. In 1993, he left to pursue real estate law full time beginning his first law firm, Phelan and McDonald. In 1997, Grady joined Fearnley and Califf as an associate. In 2011, Grady became a partner in a new venture, Fearnley Martin and McDonald, PLLC. In 2016, Grady started his own firm, Quality Title Group, LLC where his loyal customers and years of experience encouraged him to start his own firm as a sole proprietor.Grady is highly experienced in residential and commercial real estate closings. He is one of a select few certified in SBA 504 commercial closings in the state of Tennessee. Grady is an avid outdoors man. He enjoys his family, fishing and duck hunting in his free time. He is very proud of his latest venture, Quality Title Group, LLC and the team that makes it all work for our valued customers.
